Nvidia 331.58 Driver - SLI HBAO+ Update BF4

Nvidia have now released the new GeForce 331.58 WHQL driver and it brings a lot of updates including updated SLI Profile for Battlefield 4, so this is a good thing for us gamers running dual graphics cards or GPU's.

I would however like to put out a warning for anyone who have not updated that at least for me, the past updated drivers I installed from Nvidia have caused numerous bluescreens for me. It was almost a daily occurrence for me, and I seriously thought that my ram or some hardware failure was happening to my computer.

However it turns out that switching back to some old drivers (for me GeForce Version 310.70 Release date: 12/17/2012) fixed the bluescreens and have not had any problems since then. I even played Battlefield 4 Open Beta without any issues with constant 100 FPS or thereabout on Ultra Settings.

So if anything out of the ordinary starts to act up on your computer and you recently updated Nvidia drivers, then try and go back to some older drivers. It might save you a lot of time.

NOT all games support forced AO. Gamers can change AO settings and experiment with the implementation of user-made profiles through the use of NVIDIA Inspector.

The features also include a major update to the Nvidia Control Panel Ambient Occlusion (AO) Override feature. With the introduction of HBAO+ that increse the precision, fidelity and rendering speed of high quality AO.

The new GeForce 331.58 WHQL driver is now available to download.

An essential update for all GeForce GTX users, 331.58 WHQL is the Game Ready driver for Batman: Arkham Origins and Battlefield 4, ensuring your system attains peak performance in the two eagerly-anticipated titles. In addition to upcoming releases, performance has been increased in DiRT Showdown (up to 11%), Metro: Last Light (up to 9%), Sleeping Dogs (up to 8%), and Sniper Elite V2 (up to 13%), too.

331.58 WHQL also includes features, profiles, and changes from recent beta releases, like the major update to our NVIDIA Control Panel (NVCPL) Ambient Occlusion (AO) override feature, first introduced in 331.40 beta. An easy-to-use tool for applying fidelity-enhancing, realistic shading and shadowing to games that do not natively support the feature, the quality of NVCPL AO has been drastically improved with the introduction of HBAO+.

Debuted in Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Blacklist, HBAO+ is a new, NVIDIA-developed Ambient Occlusion technique that utilizes the latest technologies to significantly increase the precision, fidelity, and rendering speed of high-quality AO. It will be seen next in Batman: Arkham Origins, this Friday, where it adds considerable detail to the world’s shading.

Fairfight Banned a Player Spam

We all know how the ongoing cheating player issues have been going with BF1 and so far EA / Dice have still done nothing about it. Well it seems like they now have removed the names of banned players from the fairfight messages in the game chat? This does not fix anything?.. EU Court Dice EA Games Instead there is now constant spamming "Fairfight Banned a Player" messages.. Does fairfight work? Nope.. Do Fairfight ban players.. Nope. If a cheater goes on a rage and do 100-0 in a few rounds then maybe fairfight will detect something and then maybe the cheat will get a week ban.. That's it.. It seems more like EA Games and Dice are trying to act like they are dealing with the situation, perhaps in an attempt to not get the European Court of Justice to start and investigate the matter. With millions of players feeling they have been wronged by EA Games for selling them a "faulty" BF game, EA could be heading for a lawsuit. At least in the EU where...

[BF1 Wallpaper] Sunset Biplane Dogfights

Hi folks This is the remake of the latest BF1 Wallpaper that was released by Dice just a moment ago. It's featuring two biplanes that are flying into combat during the evening sunset over some nameless city probably somewhere in Europe. Microtransactions = EA Games Own Cheats

Well I'm sure most of you have noticed the microtransaction fail that EA implemented in the new Battlefront 2 game and the backlash along with a 6 Billion dollar loss in EA Stock price the past week or so. The funny thing is that EA initially lost 3.1 Billion dollars in stock due to the social media and angry backlash EA CEO got owned for the lies told, but that did not stop the EA stock from crashing even further because people saw past the EA *BS.. Multitude of people around the globe have been making fun of EA and even the 2017 Game Awards poked fun at how stupid this new greedy EA "business plan" is. Battlefield 2042 Class Specialists Explained

 Battlefield 2042 Class System and Specialists Explained There has been some concern about the Specialists features that Battlefield 2042 is going go include. But it seems like Tom Henderson have given us an explanation. So Tom said it like this: "You have your tradition classes, Assault, Recon, Engineer and Support, however you now have 2-3 "Specialists" within this class system." My biggest concerne however is that we will still have the same problem the previous Battlefield game had with the "Elites" and cosmetic skins. You could not tell what class people where using only by looking at them. You could not tell if the enemy you were engaged in was a medic class that had unlimited heals.. Or a support class with unlimited ammo in some cases..    Perhaps the preson running at you is an Assault player or Recon...
