Battlefield 1 Scope Glint Gameplay

Hey everyone, I was thinking I would bring up something I discovered about the Battlefield 1 game mechanics that I'm sure all of you know about from the earlier Battlefield games. Battlefield 1 - Scope Glint Gameplay Back in  Battlefield 3 it was introduced something that most people call scope glint, it's a gameplay mechanic added to high power scopes. In Battlefield a high power scope is defined as a scope with a zoom greater than 4x. So this mechanic is limited to the Recon Class aka Scout Class that this class now is called in Battlefield 1. The glare is brightest when seen from the direct line of fire and is less noticeable at off angles. In Battlefield 4, scope glint is visible to someone within a 10 degrees viewing angle of the sniper. It's hard to say how much more diff...

What's even more frustrating is the fact that they seemed to spend more time "patching" and tweaking the game with numerous nerfs and buffs while totally neglecting the netcode and bugs. It makes one wonder if the Frostbite 3 game engine was so flawed to begin with that fixing any bugs in the game were totally out of the hands of ...
